Rosé is especially close to our hearts!
In the glass, our Rosé shines in a delicate pink. Its bouquet unfolds aromas of red summer berries, rhubarb, and pink grapefruit. The warmer 2015 vintage produced a more full-bodied and spicier Rosé compared to 2014 — its intense aromas pair beautifully with game dishes or foie gras.
On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, reminiscent of blood orange and apricot, harmonizing wonderfully with its silky texture. The finish reveals a subtle creaminess, gaining volume and leaving a long-lasting impression. The mousse is extremely fine.

For us, this Rosé is a true all-rounder: perfect both as an aperitif and as a companion to food.

Vintage 2015

There is hardly anything left to say about the 2015 vintage — almost every major wine region in the world has hailed it as outstanding, and the same is true for our home region, the beautiful Wonnegau. The 2015 vintage will be remembered as one of the best of the last few decades.

When we recently tasted the first base sparkling wines from 2015 after more than eight years of lees aging, we were speechless. We already knew this vintage was exceptional, but we hadn’t expected such spicy sparkling wines with ripe fruit and beautifully integrated acidity.

While the cooler 2014 vintage gave us mineral-driven, lean, crisp, and focused sparkling wines, the 2015s offer opulent, ripe fruit combined with surprising balance and finesse.

This vintage delivered sparkling wines that unite concentration and aromatic complexity. They are powerful and impressive on the palate. 2015 offers creaminess, tension, depth, and smoothness — a rare combination of balanced acidity, high extract, and remarkable inner density that makes the sparkling wines of this year so uniquely high in quality.
