Description
A cuvée that embodies like no other our passion, our uncompromising approach, and our craftsmanship.
No Triumvirat is ever identical to its predecessor — each is intentionally crafted to individually reflect the distinct character and qualitative pinnacle of its vintage.
What remains unchanged are the three classic grape varieties that define our Triumvirat: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier.
On the palate, this cuvée presents intense and long-lasting impressions of brown butter, freshly baked bread, and stone fruits. Powerful yet harmonious, with a fine mousse. The extended lees aging of 100 months imparts complex notes of brioche and hazelnut. This sparkling wine is shaped by our chalky soils — rich, minerally, and complex.
Perfect as an aperitif for special occasions or as a food pairing with grilled cuttlefish, pasta with white truffle, or braised veal cheeks.

Vintage 2015
2015 was a vintage that delivered sparkling wines with spicy character, ripe fruit, and balanced acidity.
While the cooler 2014 vintage produced mineral-driven, lean, and crisp sparkling wines, the 2015s combine aromatic concentration and complexity. They are powerful and expressive on the palate, offering creaminess, tension, structure, and elegance.
