Riesling

Riesling is definitely the most important grape variety in German viticulture and a flagship of our wine tradition. That’s precisely why we hold our Riesling sparkling wines to the highest standards. On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas of white vineyard peach, lime, and green apple. Despite spending 36 months on the lees, it still comes across as refreshingly youthful.
On the palate, you’ll find citrus notes alongside pomelo and apricot. Candied orange zest, complemented by floral nuances, rounds off this sparkling wine beautifully. It’s crisp, clear, and juicy!
Lively, fresh acidity, elegant texture, and a touch of minerality on the palate. The fine mousse reflects its pure vitality.
