Our sparkling wine “Tradition Brut” represents, for us, the true art of blending.
A cuvée of different grape varieties, vineyard parcels, or styles of vinification — each component adds another layer to the blend and enhances its complexity.
The base wine was fermented and matured 96% in stainless steel tanks and 4% in tonneaux.
It offers fruit aromas of yellow peach, lemon, and delicate raspberry, paired with a subtle hint of oak, expressed through restrained biscuit and toast notes.
Perfect as an aperitif, but also an excellent companion to light dishes such as fish or poultry.
